Air and Oil Coolers

Compressed Air Systems air and air/oil coolers are designed to provide optimum cooling efficiency by using aluminum instead of the traditional copper tube and fin, we are able to provide discharge temperatures that in some case can equal intake temperatures. Because of our simple design and two sided mounting brackets our coolers are easy to mount and maintain.

Freestanding aftercoolers are a separate unit installed downstream of the compressor.

Air Dryers

Refrigerated Dryers

Refrigerated dryers work by cooling the air to low temperatures and condensing much of the water vapor. It is not possible to achieve dew points below freezing with a refrigerated dryer. Optimally designed refrigerated dryers can produce air with dew points to approximately 36°F (2°C). Since some water vapor is left in the air, these dryers should not be used in water sensitive applications.

All Compressed Air Systems Line of air dryers are simple to operate and install like our compressors. They use standard size inlet and outlet fittings with standard pipe thread.

Desiccant Dryers

Desiccant dryers pass the compressed air over a bed of desiccant material which absorbs water vapor molecules. Desiccant dryers can deliver air at consistently low dew points, typically -40°F/°C or less. Desiccant dryers are a good choice when the compressed air is subject to freezing conditions.

Filters and Regulators

Filters-Regulators

Filter-Regulators combine an air filter and air regulator in a single unit. They are designed to remove solid and liquid contaminants from air while providing controlled, consistent air pressure

Particulate Filters

A particulate filter is used to remove larger particles of dust and dirt in ambient air that is taken into your machine. It also removes rust that may form in the oxidized pipes inside your compressor.

Regulators

Regulators are designed to lower the pressure setting that downstream devices receive, and maintain that pressure regardless of tank pressure. This reduces air use, reduces energy cost and reduces wear and tear on tools and equipment.
